We have been involved in regeneration projects for many years. We believe in the principal of regeneration whether that be investment in inner city brownfield sites or the expansion of towns and cities edges in order to bring about lasting improvement in the economic, physical, social and environmental conditions of an area.
Regeneration is a long-term process, which requires patience and partnership. It requires both vision and an integrated approach to dealing with the resolution of a multitude of urban and rural issues. This is important in achieving the needs of towns, cities and government in relation to dealing with the lack of suitable affordable housing.

HOW WE DO IT
We believe that great design should be the focal point of any regeneration project. Project’s that are well designed for people to work and live in can make a long-term contribution to the areas in which they take place. Great buildings that can stand the test of time deserve to be preserved and complimented.
